Btw just some extra info about me is that i have asthma and i really feel self-conscious about my weight because i have developed many stretch marks on my body that run from stomach area to all along my back and to the upper parts of my arms and thighs.

Hi,
If you have stated your height correctly I can't see 200 pounds being overweight for someone who is 6'1".
If you have perhaps given the wrong height and are truly overweight you need to not only eat a healthy diet but get on a good exercise program of some sort. I prefer jogging. I am going to go ahead and start a topic on jogging for weight loss and exercise that you may want to check out.

Yes you can do that, studies have shown that eggs for breakfast can help control appetite later in the day. I wouldn't do that every day, but breakfast should be filling every day the best example is miami hcg diet……
Three glasses of skim or low-fat milk a day have also been shown to speed weight loss..

HCG diet is dangerous. You should really do your research before promoting something like that. HCG can cause testicular cancer in men and ovarian cancer in women.

At 15 years old you shouldn't be doing any kind of crazy diet. You should eat healthy and EXERCISE. You are going through puberty and should NOT mess around with dieting (other than eating healthy and exercising) as you can do far more damage than good. Exercise is key. Play sports, run around, walk around town, ride your bike, jump rope.. whatever. Just exercise a lot and make healthy food choices.

If you want to lose weight in a week than, think again. It is not advisable to fix such a small period of time for bringing about such changes in your body. You can consider the case of Glenn Mcgrath, the Aussie cricket player lost 7 kgs. over 5 days of a test match in Chennai. This is the case of a sportsperson enduring the physical strains demanded by his profession and not someone looking for a quick fix solution. Still, for starters it is good that you have found motivation for weight loss. Some comprehensive tips to lose weight in a week which develop an inclination to continue with the new lifestyle are ideal for you.

You could always try the usual diet of fruits, vegetables, protein, and water. Although, the length of time that is needed in order to see weight loss results depends on how much weight you need to take off. Since you are asthmatic, your food choices may be quite limited, since asthma is often triggered by allergic reactions. I would suggest you consult your doctor first on safe food choices before deciding which to incorporate into your healthy diet.
