Never Reduce Diet For Loosing Weight
When you lose weight rapidly, means that you are technically lossing carbohydrate from your body and water but not the actual fat. Your metabolism for food will be reduce and which will be harder for body to burn calorie. So if you start eating as you do normally your body is going to keep the food into the storage which will be nothing but your fat cell.

ok best way to keep tone is eat tiny meals through out the day stya dehydrated and work out at least once a week. but the key is to find out your work out way... like boxing.. or lifting or.. something. exersice is the number one key!

Fasting just like Muslims do.
Yoga (search in net)
Diet contol by avoiding/reducing excess calorie foods
More protein foods than carbohydrate food
Use food with fiber content(digesting)
avoid junk food/fast food asmuch as u can.



I gurantee not only weight lose ,health too!

Eat smaller portions, no junk food, find an exercise routine that works for you..walking is good..yoga is great, and drink lots of water. Stay away from the sugar and caffeine..eat more fruits and vegetables and you should see a difference in your weight and health.

Start drinking lemon water,walk atleast 30 mins aday and start out with "the grapefruit diet" look it up on youtube just to start u out oh also drink a cup of green tea daily, post a picture in your bathroom of what u want to look like buy a cute outfit a size or 2 smaller and hang it up in your room for when you do lose that weight and try it on weekly youll feel yourself getting smaller and smaller everytime u try it on

lemon juice blended with honey diluted in luke warm water taking as the early drink is very good to reduce excess fat.
..and try to finish dinner/ supper early is also good

Yoga is a good way to lose fat. Also warm lemon water with honey is good. Make sure that the water is warm though. Don't use cold water.

...and i hav heard that if we reduce weight by exercise, when we stop exercise.. weight will come back!

Amazing Fat Loss System
I was always a chubby child, Even when I did manage to lose weight, it was never healthy.

I know what it's like to struggle with your weight, to see yourself becoming something you don't want to be. Or, worse yet, you start having health issues because you can't get your weight under control.
