Q: 6 Weight Loss Tips

My weight loss success used to go up and down like a yo-yo. Why? Because I was confused. No bread, no carbs, no protein. Trying to work out what to do, what not to do was an absolute nightmare.
here are the 6 easy natural weight loss tips:
* Eat a little protein with every meal
* Try and eat smaller portions more regularly
* Enjoy variety from each of the food groups every day
* Reduce the amount of refined grains and sugars
* Fresh produce every time
* Exercise every day
