Q: Weight loss

I recently started working out, i work out 6 days a week. I run for 25min and work on abs, legs and arms. I am 5'3-155lbs i wanna go loose weight 30lbs and get toned. Do you think my plan needs any changes??

I think that is pretty good. Running burns alot of calories. You can try mixing it up with different machines to shock your body constantly.
