I'm haveing a hard time decideing on whether to find a diet plan to follow or go to a gnc store and buy diet pills.
I can't really afford to pay every month on a plan, so are diet pills and a meal replacement shake going to be just as effective?
I also am unable to excercise for awhile due to having hernia, but I really need to get going on lossing weight!
Doing nothing is makeing me fater!!
What do you think? coffee

Vitamin C and multivitamins are great for the body and the metabolism. It is very inexpensive. You will have more energy which will cause you to be more active. Try some exercise at home, there is so much you can do at home, or go for walks.

Yeh, I've just never got back to exercising ever since I started working full time. I guess it’s due to not having enough time and not being organized. Last week I found my solution! And I feel so happy with myself. I discovered this new site. It's a reminder system that allows me to remind myself with the things I need to do. Having a little something there to remind you everyday especially exercising makes a big difference to my life!. I'm organised, I’m happier, and I feel healthy already!

You can consult Chris Guerriero for a diet program that is specifically for your metabolism rate and body type. You really dont have to spend much for a coaching unlike diet pills or programs which costs too much and which you may be spending for years more to come.
