I was very seriously overweight and PCOS was keeping me that way so I opted for weight loss surgery. I had the RNY gastric bypass and within a year I had lost 11 stone and was a normal BMI. I had tried every diet and tablet going, but I didn't want my life to be ruled by calorie counting and diets for the rest of my days. Now I eat what i like, when I like, and when I am full ( which is pretty quick) I stop. I would seriously consider this as your solution because PCOS is probably the main reason you have all the weight problems.
