Q: weight loss ideas ?

pointr Hey. I recently heard that mixing 1 egg in a cup of vinegar and drinking it for so long will help you lose weight. I don't know, does this work? And if so, how long do you do it for? Very Happy

the only Healthy way to loose weight is through a healthy balanced diet and excercise...adding eggs and vinegar to it wont help in any way...excercise(especially early in the morning is a GREAT idea) and it will increase your metabolism, you'll burn more calories throughout the entire day and if you eat healthy the pounds should come right off..there really is no "trick" its just a matter of dicipline

humm, I dont think it would help:). To lose weight, it is very simple. Itz all about controlling your calories intake. your body will need to burn an average 1500 Cal per day to function normally, if you take more than 1500 Cal perday it will store as fat. every 3500 Cal equals to 1bls of Fat. And if you take less than 1500 Cal, it will burn extra Fat that you had stored in your body. What my friend did, she took 2 Fat Burner Pills in the morning, along with a Meal Replacement Shake which has low calories but it provides u all the nutrition that you need. Then She has a normal balanced lunch, and at night she took a Meal Replacement Shakes again. She was able to lose 15bls in the last 2 weeks. Most people can't do that because most of the Meal Replacement Shake taste like hell, but hers taste really good.
