I got on the the depo shot in january of this year and notice that I lost weight down to 116 and than I ended getting off the shot because I did not want to lose weight. So the doctor put me on Luter than later on MonoNesa because I asked for higher estrogen so I could gain my weight back which made me lose 2 more pounds. Before I started the birth control I was 118 pounds in january aand now its june and Im 112 pounds is that normal or should I be worry. please Help!

Gaining or losing a few pounds is possible side effect of using birth control pills.
This isn't something to worry about.
