I have been under a great deal of stress since November. I have been to the doctor several times and have been told it is anxiety related due to layoffs at work, etc. My doctor is running another set of CBC which I also had run in November with nothing abnormal. My Thyroid is normal from a test 3 weeks ago. I have lost 20 pounds since November. Also, I had a root canal the second week in January which changed my diet significantly for 2 plus weeks. My appitite is less then normal. Could the weight loss be stress related?

Yes! Stress and anxiety are well known to decrease appetite, resulting in weight loss.
