It is very good I am here, I am feeling happy to help you out in this matter, you simply go to this site prohcgdiet.com, get some good food plan along with the drops or injections whatever you want to have, they are very good and effective in order to loose weight. I have personally experienced them.

I am surprised that if you are going into a competition you do not have someone training you. You did not say how often you are doing those things. But 2km is not enough. Instead you should focus on weights - it burns calories faster so drawing from fat reserves. You build better muscles. And you must pay attention to what foods you are eating - less starch and breads. You do not have a lot of time. Crash weight loss is not the best way to go but if you have to get to a certain weight then the price is hard workout for the remaining days you have. Best to you.
