brothers im trying to loose weight , im doing exercise daily and also eating less carbohydrates .. but still my weight is increasing .. help me .

I'm not sure exactly but there are people that still gains weight even if they are eating less or eating foods with less carbohydrates and fat. I think a doctor will definitely help you in your problem.

That's not healthy, see? You just don't like your body image, which is something very subjective. Losing weight to be healthier is a good start, but if that's not the main reason, there's no way it will be healthy for you right now.
You may not need to lose weight, really.
