Q: Weight GAINING tips

I have been trying to gain to weight for like 4 yrs. now(21 yrs old) and I have probably gained maybe 5-10 Ibs but I ate like a pig for like a 1 1/2 months. Im currently taking a weight gainer drink that I think is somewhat working but it just makes me hungry. Does anyone have any ideas for gaining weight, alongside eating like a beast?

are you trying to gain muscle mass? are you going to the gym alot?you need to come up with a work out routine and stick to it..commitment is key, you must stay commited to the work out...weight gainer is good and worked for my bf but now he's trying to loose some weight(oops)...make sure you're getting the appropriate amount of protein for your weight as well..

im not neccessarily trying to gain muscle mass more so just weight but I do cardio exercises to stay toned.(not in the gym)

As far as I know, one kind of has to do weight training or at least some sort of resistance training (pushups, pullups, squats, etc) along with eating like a beast to gain weight. Also, doing resistance training will help you stay toned, complementing the cardio you're doing.
