I know the feeling i just can't put on weight or it takes months to put on a few pounds and it drives me crazy, but i can lose weight just like that.
But i've come to terms with the fact it's just the way i am and i can't really do anything about it, but recently i've lost some weight which i just can't put back on and the family and friends are getting concerned and it's really stressing me out cos i'm pretty sure they don't believe that i'm trying as hard as possible to put on some weight.
Just thinking of other possibilities and i was wondering why your so against pills and stuff? I haven't looked into that so your opinion would help.
