The other day I bought a weight-gain powder which was being sold loose. Since it was said to be herbal based, I didn't mind much that it wasn't officially approved by any health organization. But then later someone said that it contained anabolic steroids, else it couldn't gain as much as 20 lbs in only a month. I had read a lot about harmful side effects of anabolic steroids, so I became worried and ceased taking it. I went on the Internet and read about their specific side effects. None of the symptoms matches. I just feel my stomach is bloated and like it bubbles, and stings sometimes which I guess is the result of the insatiable appetite it causes. When you take this powder, you just don't ever feel full, and keep on eating. It also keeps the food in your body for a longer period. So you go to the bathroom much less often. As I said, it has miraculous effects; that's exactly why it has roused my suspicion. Can any herbal medicine have such strong effects? And do anabolic steroids act similarly on the body?
I don't work out and keep gaining (fat, not muscles).
