Hi

I have been gaining weight for over 2 years and no matter what I do I cant even maintain it. I have been on Weight Watchers for 10 weeks - following it religiously and before that dieting hard for 2 months, exercising between migraines (4 x a week - running, spin classes etc - hi intensity stuff). I have trained and run 2 marathons (sub 4 hours), but no matter what I do I cant lose weight. At the same time I have also been experiencing severe and debilitating migraines (now weekly). I e,at very heathily, drink lots of water, all the right things.

Can anyone help?

Hi scubamonster. Hopefully you're still around.

Are you seeing your doctor about the migraines?

And how much weight do you have to lose? If you don't have much excess then it'll take a little longer to get a result. If you have a significant amount to lose and diet hasn't been working, then I'd mention to your doctor. ou may have a metabolic condition or something else medical preventing you from losing weight. Best get some blood tests done to check.
