:d well I was misdiagnosed in 2003 and until recently march of 2005 I was diagnosed and this time it was confirmed!! Yup got that lupus :cry: but I am learning to deal with it little by little. I have concerns of course that I have been reading up on. But I would like to hear other peoples experiences that also have this "problem". I have yet started on my meds for lupus, and I have sle. It apparently already has been damaging my kidneys,actually tomorrow I go for the biopsy,ouch!! Anyway and I have sjogrens. :roll: well I know alot about all of this because I have done alot of research, but what I want to know from you all with lupus; is weight gain! I know thats the least of my probs but I already feel a bit bad cause I have these complications with my health that I just dont know if I cant handle myself if I gain weight. :cry: I know I might sound vein but at times I dont like myself because I have lupus as if I brought it up all on myself, so if I gain weight im gonna feel worse!! :(
i was thinking of starting a strict diet, via weight watchers, and strict excersise routine. Will this help after I get on steroids?
