Q: Weight gain and osteoarthritis

Having trouble finding foods that are higher in protein that won't upset my stomach ulcer. Need to beging gaining some weight back but need recommendations on what to eat... I do NOT care for the protein drinks and prefer to eat my nutrition naturally..

Gaining weight may contribute to worsening the osteoarthritis condition so I wouldn’t recommend that you try to gain weight. A gastric by-pass won’t allow you to gain weight either.


Food types that contain a lot of proteins are meat, eggs, milk and milk products, bean, soya, etc.
