1-Is it healthy to drink 1 cup of pepsi or 7up during pregnancy,and if yes how often.

2-when i started to be pregnant,i was 48kg,now im in the first week of the 7th month,im 60kg...is it overweight,or it is natural.and what u advice to do if im so??

Weight gain in pregnancy should be monitored. During entire pregnancy you gain upto 11-12 kgs. The carbonated and caffeinated beverages are best avoided during pregnancy.
