I'm 17 and I started puberty at 13. My penis and testicles have barely developed since I was 14 and they are small, my testicles are normally tight and my penis has not grown in girth since I started puberty. I was overweight borderline Obese at 13 until about 14-15 when I cut down and at 16-17 i established a suitable weight at 5'10 170lbs but I still think i have a little fat left. Why have I never developed further, I have never had much of a growth spurt in height either but I have developed in other areas such as growing some facial hair (not a lot but some), full pubic hair etc. Should I see a doctor about hormone levels and is there any chance it will work out for me and I will see further growth?

Puberty works differently for everyone. From what I've heard by the age of 21 puberty stops. You should probably wait either a year or two before you get too concerned. that's my opinion of it anyway. Since you're only 17 you're still a teenager. Just give it some time, people grow and change differently. Hope I was able to help somewhat. Smile
