Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Your symptoms could be suggestive of pregnancy. Look out for development of any other new symptom suggestive of pregnancy. Pregnancy can result even with pre-cum if you are in your fertile days while having intercourse. Condoms have high failure associated with them if not used the right way or right from the start. Visit your gynecologist/doctor soon to have examination and blood HCG test done to confirm/rule out pregnancy. Maintain good diet, healthy lifestyle and drink plenty of water and juices to keep your hydration levels good. Take adequate rest.
Take care.
