Q: 12 weeks pregnant with sharp pain in breast

This is my third pregnancy and I haven't experianced this before , so thought I'd ask......

I woke up several times throughout the night crying with sharp stabbing like pains on the side of my breast, it has not stopped yet today. Is this something I should worry about?
