Hi, I am 36 weeks pregnant today with my first baby and I am getting these sharp pains in my lower stomach and vagina.. Also I noticed that every time this happens I get a lot of pressure like my water is going to break.. Is this normal? And what's causing this? Also I just came off brethine a few days ago and I was dilated to almost a one on 12/22/10. Shocked Sorry to ask so much but also how can I tell the difference between contractions and the baby moving because I have noticed that my stomach will get really tight starting near my chest and then it stops.. Sometimes this even takes my breath!! I'm not 100% sure if it is the baby pushing on it with her feet or if it is contractions! Please help! Any answers are better than none luvcomp !!
