Q: 6 weeks pregnant

I'm 6 weeks pregnant and do not get my first ultrasound for 3 more weeks. I'm a bit nervous because I seem to have persistant pressure in my lower abdomen. My stomach feels tight, like in knots after doing crunches. The doctor didn't think much of it, but I don't know if this is normal.....

From what I hear crunches are bad in general. I would find a different form of exercise and see if it goes away.
