I am 4 centemeters dilated and when I pee I have alot of pain. I went in to false labor on saturday and I think that I might be having false labor again what should I do

Anything over 3cms is considered established labour, when associated with productive regular contractions. You could have a urinary tract infection seperate from labour. either way you need to get it checked out and treated as it could lead to a high temp in labour which isnt good for you or the baby. Burning sensation on peeing is not a sign of labor
