23 weeks pregnant Start Viread or not? Hep B

My wife is 23 weeks pregnant and her lab results are as follows:

HBV DNA,QN, PCR (IU/mL) ==== 12421 IU/ml

HBV DNA,QN, PCR (copies/mL) ==== 72290 copies/mL
Liver Enzymes:
AST = 15 U/L
ALT = 11 U/L
Alkaline phosphate 42 U/L

She went to see a specialist and she was given prescription for Viread. She is worried about taking it now. Should she start the Viread after delivery or now?
