20 weeks pregnant, kidney infection

Hi, I was just released from the hospital last night from a very crazy kidney infection that spiked a fever of 104. I am 20 weeks pregnant almost 21, and the current sonogram showed that lil baby (girl) was still 18 weeks. Not only that but the Dr. also said that her amniotic fluid was low (I noticed that immediately myself) AND she only had a 1 chambered umbilical cord instead of 3. So some issues going on meanwhile, I am on bedrest and lots of fluids...I was wondering if anyone had any ideas what might be going on? What this might mean? I am very intuitive and I am not feeling like there is anything "wrong" with lil baby, but then again i also didn't feel a kidney infection come on either...
