Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The symptoms of frequent bowel movements, increase in low back pain, increase in abdominal pain, tightening of abdomen could indicate onset of labor. Do not ignore your symptoms. Visit your doctor/gynecologist or ER at the earliest for further evaluation (vaginal examination to look for cervical dilatation and effacement, NST test, fetal Doppler etc) to monitor your status and start you with appropriate measures. After completion of 37 weeks of gestation, baby born is considered mature and a term baby.
Take care.
