Okay - first thing - take a big deep breath and let it out - try to relax.
I am no doctor but I am 29wks pregnant and going through my own concerns and worry. (You can see my posting about having a very large belly /but am not overweight.
I also suffer from low appetite and have to often force myself to eat something. But I have found that if I do eat then I don't get dizzy and have headaches but if I don't then these happen. Which makes sense, lack of food even when you are not pregnant can make you faint and have headaches-we now have our babies taking all the good stuff in our bodies first so it is even harder for us to get what we need. So what I do is try to eat a lot of fruit and nuts through the day. An apple here, a bananna there, and have a bowl of nuts and raisens by my side as much as possible. This seems to really help.
I also have cramps in my lower belly as the baby is sitting very low. I also have back pain and a really sharp pain in my left lower back which sometimes makes it painful just to turn around. I have the added element in that I am HUGE... my belly that is not me! SO - you are not alone! I have done a lot of research and talked to a lot of pregnant friends and new mothers and they have all said to me that to some degree that have all felt some of these symptoms.
I had three miscarriages before this baby decided to stay and have been constantly worried through my pregnancy that something will go wrong but have now decided that I have to STOP with the over thinking and analyzing every ache pain and problem.
Just know you are NOT crazy but our bodies are going through so much, so many changes, it doesn't feel like it is mine anymore, that is impossible to know what is normal and what is not and we can make ourselves more stressed and more upset and that is not good for us or the baby.
You are not alone. Your concerns are normal and you should voice them BUT don't let your worry take over your life or your enjoyment of your pregnancy. I am trying to relax and focus on the good - and ignore all the bad, uncomfortable and worrying elements. I am finding this is helping me deal with stress and feel better about myself.
Keep voicing your concerns to your midwife and doctors, do not let them fob you off... however realise that many of the things happening to our bodies is just normal. As long your babys heart beat is strong (I have my own fetal dopplar at home called an 'Angel Sounds' you can find them on the internet for only £30 and check my babys heart beat whenever I want which is a wonderful calmer and comfort) and your midwife is sure that the baby is growing well then focus on those TWO GREAT POSITIVES.
I wish you luck
