Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The low back pain during pregnancy is mostly due to the stress and strain put on the supportive ligaments of uterus and the back muscles due to the growing uterus. Avoid all activities that aggravate the pain. Visit your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation to make sure that pregnancy is going on smoothly, and that the baby is fine.
Take care.
