Hi,i am four weeks pregnant.i just found out the yesterday.I became pregnant after a date rape by a person i thought was my friend.I tried to talk to him yesterday but he clearly stated that he doesnt want anything to do with me.After the rape,i had taken morning after pills immediately so my first concern was that the pregnancy was ectopic but it turned out to be normal (from my ultra sound).

Iwant to terminate the pregnance immediately.I havent been sleeping or eating since i suspected that i had convinced.I spend all my days crying.last night i was up until past two in the morning.I cant look at myself in the mirror,i want peace.

I would like to know how soon its safe to get an abortion and what are the available methods and the side effects.Iant to go to the doctor in three days.
