No. its no sign. Its just pain from the extra weight, and probably sleepyness from what your body has been going through, I mean, you have another living thing inside you! Its perfectly normal to feel like that.

Lol. I am thirty weeks aswell and i feel the exact same way!! It is definatly not a sign it just being pregnant!
