Q: 2 weeks of spotting

I have been on nuvaring for 3 months. This month when I removed the ring for the ring free week my period(light spotting) did not start until the 7th day and I reinserted the ring.now I have been lightly spotting for 16 days with pinching pullin,pains in abdomen at night.3 neg pregnancy test. I've never had spotting with the ring b4.could I still be pregnant?
