Q: 10 weeks late

So I was put on dianette having been on a variety of different pills before and my first period on this pill was one week late exactly, at this point in time i took a pregnancy test which was negative. Next months period arrived fine and then I decided to come off dianette , that was 10 weeks ago and still no period. I have no symtoms except I have been at the hospital for issues regarding IBS/possible chrones. I have had three pregnancy tests all negative and bloods taken.
Any ideas as to why my period is so late or am i just panicking ?/
