Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Period pattern can change due to changes in lifestyle, changes in stress levels, and changes in hormonal levels, pregnancy, anovulatory cycles, etc. Wait and watch for your periods. Visit your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation if periods do not start within 10 days, or if you get abnormal periods, or if you suspect chances of pregnancy, or if you develop any other new symptoms. If pregnancy gets ruled out, further evaluation would be done to look for the underlying cause for the delayed/missed periods that you describe. Treatment as appropriate (based on examination and investigations results) would be started to help you get your period and regulate them. Consider being in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
