Q: 20 weeks & head facing downward!!!

Im 20 weeks into my pregnancy. I was in the hospital this sunday because im getting alot of abdominal pain. Strong one to!! They made me an ultrasound and they told me that his head is facing downward like towards my vagina is that normal at 20 weeks? Should I be worried? Can anyone help me? Rolling Eyes
