hi i am 36.5 weeks and 60% effaced and i am dilated at 1 cm. what happens when i become 100% effaced??? will i start to dilate faster?

but thats what im hoping
im 38.5 weeks and 2cm
and 100% effaced ... so i dont think being
effaced really always does anything
to dialate you
but who knows I go back next week ... Ill let ya
know if I dialated more or if im still stuck at 2

hi! if u have the baby now it will have a very good chance my 2nd child was born at 35 week she was great no pros 6pound 44cm long so dont stress to much u will be fine.
