Q: 18 weeks and not showing

I'm 18 weeks and 4 days pregnant and I'm not showing at all. I'm 5'4" and I weigh about 180 lbs. Is this normal? I haven't had any prenatal care and it's making me very paranoid.

I also don't know if I can feel my uterus like I should be able to. I can't really tell when I'm lying on my back whether I'm feeling muscle or my uterus. When I lay on my side I think that I can feel a harder, almost ball-shaped, lump I guess you could call it, in my extreme lower abdomen. Is that my uterus?
