take prenatal vitamins i bought mine from target i think for about 10 bucks u can get them anywhere...no smoking drinking,drugs...u shouldnt even be around it breathyn it in w.e. u eat drink smoke or w.e. so is ur baby...also no excessive straining lifting bending over or even pushing anything

if you have negative blood you are stupid for not seeing the doctor because you have to get a shot at 28 weeks to protect your baby because there is no way of telling what your babys blood type is till birth but if its not got negative blood your baby can be harmed even killed theres a shot they give you at 28 weeks though to protect the baby
