Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Do not ignore your symptoms. Do not rub or try to massage the area. Be still and try to relax and use warm compresses for relief. Visit the ER at the earliest and request for a Doppler scan to rule out clots and thrombosis issues. Inform your treating gynecologist/obstetrician about your current symptoms and make an urgent appointment for further evaluation.
Take care.
