hello i really don't want to be sent to the hospital and get told it is false labor again. So hopefully someone here can answer or even give me some advice on what i should do.. I was just sitting down and relaxing and i just went to get up and i just felt some fluid run down my leg and i am unsure what it was but it got my pants wet and i just peed a few seconds before i sat down to relax and i don't know what to do. I am 38 weeks and 1 day today.

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Keep a sanitary pad in your panty and see what the discharge looks like it if it is continuing. If it has stopped with no issues of further pain, contractions, tightening of abdomen, then chances of labor might be ruled out, and you can wait.
If the discharge is continuing with progressive increase in above mentioned symptoms and with back pain, then please do not delay in going to hospital. A test is required to see if the ‘fluid’ that you passed is due to rupture of membranes (ruptured waters) or due to passing of urine (due to pressure on bladder).
