5 weeks and 1 day sac w/out a baby and spotting

i was just wondering i was 5 weeks and 1 day and u/s can't see anything inside my sac...since i was also bleeding shhe sudgest me to drink dapabaston and duvadilan how do i know if i already have my miscarriage?they told me that my baby is still a blood thats why i need to go to the doctor after 2 weeks to check the fetus ..i was really scared because i also have spotted bleeding and small brown and sometimes red blood clot..pls answer this question
