2 weeks after Medical Abortion....

I had a medical abortion on the 16th of April. Took the first pill in office and inserted 4 cytotec that evening. Within hours I was cramping Severely and started bleeding. No more than a normal period and passed some small clots. I was 6 weeks along. 6 days after taking those pills I quit bleeding completely! 7 days after was my first follow up. She said the pregnancy ended, and that i still had tissue to pass. My concern is that since then i haven't bled one drop! Will it start again? I need to pass the tissue and i would assume i will start bleeding again. Is this common?
