I have been on some sites and things that say some people have gotten back to physical activity about 3-4 weeks after surgery such as jogging or walking. I want to start this but i am still sore when i press on my stomach and right above the incision. When i walk i am pretty good now but still some discomfort. Can i try some of this stuff to see if ill be ok?

I had my Hernia Op (Open Surgery) on the 21st July (2 weeks and 2 days ago) and I have the same problem. The site of the incision is clearing up well, but about 1-2 inches above the incision has become very sore to touch. I'm assuming it is the muscle re-building?
