3 weeks ago first child was born and I do understand whats going on she is on medical leave home for another month and I can't take care of my needs and she won't either. Any advice or am I just going to have to wait until she goes back to work.

Be patient. she just squeezed something the size of a baby out through her vagina, and she is more tired than you can ever imagine. She's also got other things on he mind rather than your sexual needs - she's got a human being totally dependent on her for everything every minute of every day.

Help around the house so that she can get some sleep, and masturbate to relieve your own needs until she is ready.
