Im 13 weeks and having abdominal pain more on the right I went to the bathroom and noticed I was spotting when I whipped the color is dark. Im very worried I misscarried about 7 months ago the symptoms arent the same but I want to be sure everything is ok please some one give me answers... Thank you

Welcome to ehealthforum

Abdominal pain in the second trimester is common due to the stretching of ovarian and uterine ligaments.But any sort of spotting should be immediately reported to your treating doctor.It is to be examined that the bleeding is from the vagina or the anal region.
Consider visiting your Gynaecologist earliest for evaluation.
