weekness, BP Level is Low, and Daibtic is losing weight

Dear Doctor Sahiba,My Father are also patent of Tuberclosis AFB Culture report is 3+. He is use the 4 Tab of Myrin P Fort in daily Basis and Strptomycine Inj one on daily But he is feel very weekness and his BP Level is Low,like 60-40 to 80-50. and Daibtic is control able postion. and he is not like to food and water. and day by day body weight is loose.Kindly help me about this?thank Khalid
