do you have a support system?
depression usually occurs when you lack a strong support system with people who you can rely on. I think its normal to feel down and out while pregnant. I'm 9 weeks and hate it. Do you feel ugly, that your partner is not interested in you? Do you worry about your lifestyle changing?

Try not to take off of work. When I can finally make myself get out of the house, I usually feel better. Going to work may actually help.
