Slight cramping I know is normal but if your hurting bad you should talk to your Dr. I'm having the same issue other than we just found out today that I'm pregnant and don't know how far along so that changes the whole cramping thing for me at least but the Dr I saw today who is not my normal OB didn't seem to worried about it. Anyway definately let your doctor know or go to the ER if you have to.
