Q: week late period, negative test

About a month ago my boyfriend and I did the 'pull out method', which I extremely regret. I am now roughly a week late. I took a pregnancy test after I missed my period and it came up negative. Am I late because I'm stressing myself out? Should I take another test? I really don't want to go to the doctors.

You may be late because you are stressed. Are you often irregular?

Take another pregnancy test with your first morning urine. If you still don't start your period in a week or so, you'll need to go to your doctor to get everything figured out.
