1 week late and possible early signs? Posted: 07-03-08 00:28am
so about a week and a half before i should
have started my period, my breasts started
to feel different, a little bit more
tender, and my nipples were sensitive to
even my clothes touching them. I thought
it was odd cause my pms doesnt ever start
till 3 days before my period nad my
breasts NEVER get sore at all untill
halfway through my period.
So trying not to get to excited so as to
not stress myself out i told myself it was
pms, and let myself be sad that i wasnt
pregnant. But the 25th came and went and
no period.
I've been more tired lately, and have had
slight back pains, and my husband has
comment on my laziness being worse then
usual. My breasts still hurt a little and
feel different then they used to and my
nipples are still sore, and this could
just be from to much water lately but i've
been peeing more x.x and i had an
overactive bladder to begin with so i
noticed the change right away.
if i am i'm guessing i'd be about 5 3/4's
weeks along...
I ordered a bunch of pregnancy tests
offline since it was cheaper then buying
one or two for 15-20 bucks...but they
still arnt here yet..hopefully they get
here tommorow and i can test then.
but for now can anyone help me out here?
are these good signs for me? should I tell
my husband to stop referring to the
baby..(he's been doing that lately, saying
dont do that its bad for the baby or think
of the baby..its a little annoying cause i
dont want to get my hopes up..but its
still sweet)

You could get one at the dollar store and
they'd work just fine, I think target has
them for less than $10 too-- I never even
look at the expenssive ones. I guess I
would go get one even though you have some
backstock coming in the mail, but I'm
extremely impatient so I'd never be able
to wait.
It sounds like pregnancy, but it also
sounds pms. The only way to find out for
sure is to test. Good luck though!

I could... but i dont drive and rely on
the bus and honestly for the amount of
money it takes to take the bus to get the
test its not worth it. I'm hoping they
get here tommorow lest i loose my mind and
walk way further then i should to get a
test lol
I'll be sure to let ya'll know what the
results are as soon as i find out. (if it
is pregnancy..well everyone under the sun
will know. *giggles* )

well i got the tests in the mail today...
they said in the thing it can detect as
low as 20 whatevers..
and it was negative. I'm beyond sad right
now.

okay i have to ask...maybe its me being
hopeful.
is it possible that even though i'ma week
late and have tested with a pee test as
neg, for me to still be pregnant? i'm
reading a bit and it happens but how
common is it?

At over a week late your hcg levels are
doubling everyday so i'd say it's VERY
unlikely that your tests are wrong.

Don't stress about it I know its easier
said then done but the more you think
about it every month the longer its going
to seem before you get pregnant. I hope it
happens for your soon though! Good luck
